1. All advance payments for aviation courses are based on the utilization of a PA28 or C152 aircraft for the training of EASA PPL or EASA CPL. Additional charges will apply if a different aircraft is requested, unless specified by the school.
2. Prepayments made for flying course packages and experience flights are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions, aircraft technical issues, or at the school's discretion.
3. The allotted hours included in the lesson package will be conducted by the school and cannot be transferred to another flight training institution.
4. Students are required to book flying lessons at least 24 hours in advance with the designated instructor. Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without a valid reason will result in a no-show fee of 60 euros, unless the cancellation is due to weather conditions or technical difficulties.
5. Course packages are based on the minimum required hours (e.g., CAA PPL 45 hours). If a student exceeds the allotted hours, additional flights necessary to obtain the respective license will be charged at the standard rate set by the school for the specific aircraft.
6. The school cannot be held responsible if the scheduled aircraft is unavailable due to technical issues. In such cases, the school reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons.
7. The school reserves the right to exclude a student from participating in the school's activities and flying if deemed necessary, without unreasonable invocation.
8. Comprehensive training records will be maintained for each student enrolled in a published course. These records can be reviewed by the student and are subject to data protection regulations.
9. All students and aircraft renters are required to become members of the flying school, complete the necessary information sheet, and pay the annual membership fee.
10. All students and aircraft renters must carefully read and sign the operations manual provided by the flight training organization.
11. Students and aircraft renters must ensure that the aircraft used is left in the same condition as desired by the next user. Cleaning the aircraft windshields is required as part of the A check procedure.
12. The minimum rental duration for an aircraft is 30 minutes. In the case of a full working day rental, the minimum charge will be 3 hours.
13. Prices for aircraft rentals, lessons, and courses displayed on the website are for informational purposes only. The most up-to-date prices will be prominently displayed at the school and are subject to change at short notice.
14. All students and aircraft renters must adhere to the school's policies, which can be provided upon request and are also available on the website.
